Myer Indooroopilly

I would like to say what an excellent experience we had in Myer's Home ware's Department at Indooroopilly today. Nita who was the lady that primarily looked after us was exceptional. We saw her on three occasions concerning a Coffee machine that was defective and she went out of her way to look after us, presenting many options to us. Her product knowledge was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Nita was also a good listener which is a sign of a brilliant sales staff member. She even came back from her lunch break early to attend to our needs. It is this old fashioned customer service that Nita demonstrated that will bring people back to the Department stores. Well done Nita and thanks also to her supporting staff members.

Pauline in the ladies shoe department was so good with me purchasing new shoes after foot surgery. Took the time to help me find the best fit and didn't rush me at all. Thank you Pauline!

Hadn't visited a Myer store for years, largely because I thought it was prohibitively expensive. But recently I bought a really good winter jacket for under $100, and a Blaq cardigan for $30. Whereas once I'd skip DJ's and Myer as a matter of course, now I give Myer a look. Yes, it is a higher end department store. Higher price and higher quality. They're definitely worth a look, though.

Took my son to meet Santa for the first time and we were blessed to have the most amazing Santa experience! When he ran into him through the store, he took my son's hand and walked with him all the way to the Santa chair where we were booked for photos.... My son hasn't stopped asking when we can go see Santa again! He had so much care and kindness towards my kiddo and made him feel so comfortable 😊

Will not be coming back. Sales person barely understood what I was saying and forceful in tone. Yes I bought my mother her annual Chanel No5 for her birthday. I had no choice. Not even a chance for the gift wrap! Other Myer stores are much more welcoming and pleasant. Enjoy your $250 with little to no customer service Myer Indro! Never again.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Myer. However, Ms Donna’s professionalism exceeded my expectations.

You have definitely gained a loyal customer, and I would especially like to commend Ms Donna for her professionalism and superlative skills.

I went to the skincare and makeup department in Myer. Usually at other Myer stores there is someone there to assist you but there was no one here. Very disappointed at the service. I stood there for half an hour but no one available to talk to or help. After strolling around I finally got out of the store and went to Sephora instead where I met some lovely staff who were helpful.

Always a pleasure to shop here. They have a great selection of quality merchandise and the staff is always eager to help. It is one of my favourite places to shop for Christmas gifts.
