Always love coming here, they're candles are amazing and the pjs are cute as, staff are super friendly and helpful, just wish they stocked more in the plus size range instead of being directed to shop online.

Great store, PA has a good range of clothing and accessories for the whole family...except if your a plus size...while wandering through for a xmas gift for a plus size friend the rack for that had a total of 10 items to choose from..so very disappointed. If you have a plus range then it should be just as good and available as all the other sizes available. That's my only beef. They even have new born, baby, toddler, women's men's children etc..full ranges. But not plus size in store very little..
Staff friendly. Store is well set out and always looked presented well.

Rang and confirmed they had a certain size in stock of a silk pyjama set. They told me I could exchange it in store with one I'd ordered. We drove 35 minutes to the store only to be told they did not have stock and that all they could do was send it back for a refund. I kindly refused and said I would just send it back myself for an exchange. Shame as it was a Christmas a present and would not arrive back in time.

The pos organisation is confusing and a staff member was rude when directing customers to the counter. There were four counters and two lines of customers and each staff member served from either line with no rhyme or reason and one quite rudely exclaimed that another customer was to be served before myself, despite joining the line on the other side of the set of counters later than myself. Unnecessary and very confusing. Luckily the girl that then served me was lovely and apologised for the confusion.

Such a lovely store layout. Always love going here and love it even more when stock is on sale!

Always smells good. Staff are cheerful and friendly. Great gifts for ladies!

Great service and adorable product, staff are super helpful - definitely going back. Normally prefer to order online but with these items I like to feel the product, so glad staff know what they are doing.
