Beautiful and peaceful final resting place for my Grandpa. He grew up out in country QLD and would love the scenery and wildlife!
I would, however, recommend that we can be allowed to leave personal effects on top of the headstone above the plaque. Especially ones that won't fall down onto the grass due to weather etc.

A memorial garden that holds many meaningful events to commemorate our beloved ones. Tania and her team were very helpful, informative and had experiences worth sharing. Great job, ladies!

Tania and her team are friendly and helpful. They also host many complimentary memorial events for Mother's Day, Father's day and Christmas. A beautiful and peaceful place whenever we visit.

My family and I had a horrible experience with this place. Our Dad was put in their care and the whole process was very disappointing. We called the day before asking about urns and very little help was given. It was made very clear that we wanted the ashes transferred before we arrived, so that we didn’t have to deal with them ourselves but simply pick up our Dad and take him home. When we arrived the service was extremely impersonal. The staff member didn’t introduce herself or acknowledge our loss. The ashes hadn’t been transferred and the only thing that was really mentioned was the price of the urn. To top off this horrible interaction, as we were leaving the staff member said ‘just hold onto HER carefully as it’s heavy’, meaning they hadn’t even taken the time to check any information about our Dad. It’s not very hard to show compassion when dealing with grieving families. If this is your job, it should be the top of your priority list. To quote my sister in the car on the way home ‘I gave better customer service when I sold people shoes’. We do not recommend.

Very disappointed with the service provided. Extremely impersonal experience when collecting my father's ashes. The whole thing was treated as a business transaction, with no compassion shown.

Awful experience. Staff were not compassionate or understanding when we picked up our fathers ashes. The staff member at the front desk did not look up from her desk when we arrived and the staff member we spoke to did not introduce herself or offer any comfort. There was no privacy as she never closed the door when she left the room. Very disappointing. They only cared about us paying and getting out as soon as possible. Also a very clear lack of communication between staff as they didn’t know we were coming even though I had called the day before to book an appointment. I do not recommend. Grieving families deserve better.

The funeral day was beautiful and everything our loved one would have wanted, but we did experience a few bumps in the road in communication around our loved one's remains. These were beautifully and personally resolved by the CEO and in the end we were very happy.
