Enterprise Car & Truck Rental

After contacting other car rentals around Brisbane, I was looking for a people mover (8 seater) to accommodate our visitors from NZ. I am so relieved I contacted Jake at Enterprise Car & Truck Rental in Rocklea - he was a lifesaver!! The security bond was a blessing! Especially as I had already rented from Enterprise Cars in Brisbane city before. Everywhere else were asking for a minimum of $600 for their security bond!! These guys were absolute angels!! My plans were changing but Jake was flexible and really awesome about it. When I picked up the vehicle - I was so happy. It was luxurious and a great car to drive. I dealt with Jake over the phone and dealt with Megan when I collected and dropped off car - they were both AMAZING & really friendly and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend Enterprise Car & Truck Rental Rocklea, they are all about looking after their customers and helping out wherever possible. Thanks again Jake & Megan.

Jake, the branch's manager and his team were exceptional. They took the time to answer all of my question about the extra's available with my hire car and the pick up / drop off service is beyond convenient! Great service from start to finish. Really friendly lady at reception when we picked up and dropped off. Also got a free upgrade to a spotless and brand new SUV! We are booking again for a few weeks time too as they are the cheapest price around!

Very impressed with the professional service when I needed a truck to move a bulky item. Initial enquiry on price was followed up by a courtesy call and this made up my mind on choice of supplier. Price was very competitive and pickup was well presented. I appreciated Megan walking around the vehicle pointing out any marks or scratches before I drove away. Drop off was equally as impressive. I would recommend this depot for car/truck rental. Well done.

I was extremely pleased with Enterprise. A few days after New Years I hadn't got much out if my house I was moving iut if novoth er truck available in Brisbane EXCEPT ENTERPRISE. Thdy were friendly easy to do business with m I l'd definitely do business with them again

Very good service.
The staff here deal with issues very reasonably and negotiate very well.
The car here is well maintained and the number of kilometers is not high.

Very nice & professional customer service. The process was quite straightforward and the reception explained very clearly about rules and regulations regarding driving & tolls. The one thing I would have really preferred if they can have an after-hours service as I had to come the next day to return the rented car

First time renter. A couple of small hiccups, but swiftly and professionally fixed up by Andrew and Chelsea. Great communication and great prices. The mini bus was in perfect condition, well maintained and a pleasure to drive.
