Orana Car & Truck Rental Brisbane

I hired a truck from Orana over the weekend to move house in and unfortunately the interior was dirty when I picked it up - I let them know and they responded incredibly well, couldn’t be happier with their handling of the situation. They responded almost immediately with an apology and said all trucks are thoroughly cleaned prior to rental so this is very out of the ordinary. As such they took the situation very seriously, and I have received phone call updates from them with further apologies and an offer of partial refund. I have hired from them before and it has always been very smooth and easy and incredibly affordable - will certainly be using them again

I have rented regularly for many years through one of the larger car hire chains, but recently tried Orana as the other company is experiencing supply issues resulting from downsizing their fleet through the lockdowns, and had trebled their price.
I expected lower qualities of service and vehicles to match the lower prices, but I have been blown away by how high both are. I am now a convert to Orana permanently!

I could never had moved so much very heavy furniture in one day without their flawless truck.
The hydraulic tailgate tray made the quite impossible, possible.

The hydraulic lift system never blinked...Wow.
I am very greatful for the luxury of a flawless vehicle.

Watch out when you get hit by one of there cars. Even with dash cam footage proving it was the other driver fault, they say they will fix your car but they don't. To start with they try to get out of it untill we sent them the dashcam recording. We still waiting for them to repair the damage what there customer has done.

Great experience from the Orana team, especially Kayla! Hired a truck to help us move houses. The team were very helpful, organised and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Hired 1 tonne modern Van for a couple of days. I felt Iike a real truckie driving down the highway. Excellent customer service on pick-up n drop off. Great value pricing.
