Great customer service by Smantana and Jamie. Easy booking and pick up process. Good car condition for the prices! Hopefully the drop off will be the same as well. The only downside is that I cannot drop the car at airport. Otherwise, everything else went smooth.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service and reasonable pricing!! The truck was clean and in good condition at reasonable rates ($175 per day on a weekend and public holiday, everywhere else was over $240 per day).
Kane provided excellent service, he went above and beyond, staying back when I was late both times, assisting with very last minute changes to my booking, and even wishing me a happy birthday.
He was knowledgeable about the truck, flexible, accommodating, patient, personable and professional.

I will definitely be using them again for my next move.

Great price, quote & book online. Unlike others, open for pickup/drop off all day Saturday/ Sunday. Convenient location outside of city. Good range of vehicles. Value for money. Check in & out were fast & efficient. Location easy to find. Friendly staff. A pleasure to deal with.

Everything seemed great at the start, but we gave the car back a month ago now in the same condition we got it in if not cleaner, and still no bond back... my partner was told we had to wait 30 days for the money back, its been 30 days and still don't have the $1000 bond back, now they tell us its a banking error and we have to contact the bank. Cant believe what we have to now do to get our money back. Not happy. Go with someone else for your hire cars if you want your bond money back

I must have hired trucks from these guys around 10 times already and every time I couldn't be happier with their service. Kaine, in particular, was very helpful the last time I was here.
Shame that the company doesn't include straps and moving blankets in their trucks anymore. I was told that many customers wouldn't return them so they had to stop giving them out. Well if only everyone did the right thing by one another, this world would be a way more beautiful place to live in and everyone could enjoy those free moving blankets and straps when they were moving.😆

Worst service ever. Have booked a car with Alpha Car Moorooka. On the day of the pick up, they called me and said there was no car available for me and didn't give me any explanation and also didn't give me any solution, they simply cancelled on me, I had the whole trip booked. I tried to discuss and find a solution with them, but the rude lady didn't want to help at all, at the end she hung up on me. Will never book with them ever again.

I recently rented a car from here it was great at the start same day service. Got the car and originally set it to be hired for 2 weeks and then extended for the next month after that. When I took the car back in it was cleaned perfectly and I did the right thing. The two guys at the counter one said that he took the hold off of my bond and the money should be in my account straight away, so I checked and it wasn’t in they said 28-30 days for the money to go back into my account. It’s been 40 days now and the money hasn’t been placed into my account so they told me it was a banking error and to contact my bank, so I did and my bank came back to me saying there is nothing they can do because the merchant has to put the money back into my account. So I have been back and forth because I have been misguided by alpha and I don’t understand how my money went missing and where it has gone when I used my bank card. So someone hasn’t done their job and taken the hold off my account for the money to go back in or someone has stollen it because the guy at the front counter who “took the hold off my account” went straight to the toilet after and I didn’t see him at all before I left. Something is not right and my money is missing. So now I’ll be taking the matter further because something is not right at all and it doesn’t make sense to me at all. It’s not that hard and it’s so simple and I’ve done the right thing but they haven’t done right by me. This is unbelievable. Completely unhappy.
