Two days in a row the attendant has lied about the price of tobacco, what was available and in what strength. My partner was buying tobacco last night and I was for my adult daughter today. Both times lies were told about what was available while trying to sell a higher priced product. When I challenged him over it with what my partner experienced the night before he continued to push higher price products and I had difficulty getting my money back to purchase elsewhere. (I'd stupidly assumed he was doing the right thing and handed my money over) then found I'd been charged way too much. After much insistence on my part he finally gave my money back. I don't like being lied to, my partner was the night before, and I will be letting friends and family and other The Gap residents know of this dishonest behaviour.

On Sunday the 6th of January I went into the store to grab some ice cream, dog and cat food

I paid for my transaction and as I was leaving the store the attendant requested me to come back, saying my transaction had failed.

I returned and politely payed (both by the same card) for the transaction again. Once the transaction was completed, I requested a copy of the declined receipt. The "declined" receipt stated approved.

I presented both approved receipts to the attendant and requested that one of the transactions be rightfully refunded. The attended declined and said he can not and would have his manager call me the next day.

The manager did not call, I followed up and received an SMS from the manager the following day.

The manager refused to refund the money after being provided with bank account photo's and the receipt. He said he had escalated with the head office yet no further action was taken.

I then contacted the Head Office which I was told to lodge a dispute with my bank. After being in retail for over ten years, and operating multiple franchises it is appalling to see how a transaction dispute is handled by 7/11.

We use to use the 7/11 almost daily, will no longer. The error of the company has been put back on the customer, it shows that there is no care for the community.

Charged me for someone else's fuel when I only wanted a drink, then did the dodgy cash out with them to equal out the money. No apology.

Always has pumps available and quite often the lowest price in the area. It is on a busy junction, so it can be a bit slow pulling out sometimes.

absolutely appalling customer service. my friend went in to get cash out from the atm, when the worker kept checking on us at the atm. then the atm did not give my friends card back to which the worker started laughing and talking to customers about her. when she asked for help the man did absolutely nothing about it. funny how he probably knew it was broken since he kept checking on them both just looking and also verbally. the man again did nothing and instead told her to get out of the store and called her the c word. absolutely disgusting. should be fired. 0/10
