I had parked with Alpha numerous times, and had never encountered any issues until now.

I left my vehicle with Alpha, and returned to find it had damage to the front and rear on the right hand side of my VW Golf. I luckily had timestamped photos of the car on the day I left as it was a brand new purchase, (from the day prior to parking it with Alpha).

Before leaving with my vehicle, I met with the owner of Alpha Parking and explained the situation, and as we spoke near my vehicle, he watched me wipe away the white paint marks from the damage. The owner, whose name is Andrew, refused to take any responsibility for the damage, even after seeing the fresh paint on my car and timestamped photos of the vehicle the day I left. He had said he would investigate and contact me directly within 24hours. I recorded videos of me wiping fresh paint off the damage to my vehicle, in the Alpha caryard, as we converse about how to rectify the situation.

I have had no correspondence from Andrew. I was told he would supply me with images of my vehicle in the parking lot when it was dropped off as they have CCTV at the facility.

I have called Alpha parking, and the staff told me they had been trying to contact me on behalf of Andrew. I asked to be transferred to Andrew, for discussion on how to resolve the issue. I was told that was not possible and that if I wanted to continue discussions on how to rectify, I would have to have my insurance company contact him.

I lodged a report with my insurance company, who promptly contacted Alpha parking, asking to speak with Andrew. They were told he was out of office and he would respond, but he has not returned their phone calls.

I tried to contact Alpha parking again, and was told I'd be transferred to Andrew, but he did not pick up his phone.

I have now had to contact the police to try and have access to Alpha parkings security footage of the condition of my vehicle upon arrival / drop off.

I STRONGLY advise against parking at ALPHA Parking. There is no protection as a client using the service, and I never expected to be treated so poorly as a customer.

What an absolute joke.

I left my car with Alpha from 22 May to 16 June (booking reference 608702) and was appalled by the condition of my car on pick up. My car is brand new (600km on the clock) and I had paid for undercover parking. However, on pick-up, my car was wet and looked like it had been driven in mud. I told the lady on reception about my concerns, and she said someone would ring me in the afternoon to discuss the matter (I received no call). I followed up the next day and was told to send an email to the owner/manager (Andrew Bell) - no response. As a long term customer I have been happy with Alpha’s services up until now (fast check in, efficient transfers, value for money) - but not this time. Raise your game Alpha. Customers trust you to look after their vehicles - so honour this trust. Surely it is not so difficult to inspect vehicles on the day they are being picked up, with a view ensuring they are in the same condition as the day they were dropped up. Also, I suggest you review your complaints procedures to ensure customer grievances are dealt with in a timely manner.

I took my car for 2 weeks parking and they damaged my car and do not really care. No solution I’ve emailed called but no reply….. horrible experience

Still waiting on a return call from Andrew the manager, I've parked my Mercedes Sprinter at the car park numerous times before but on returning this time I found the left rear tail light broken and a small dent on the panel surrounding the tail light, I put in a report and have run back numerous times but Andrew refuses to call me back. I will now be filing a police report and my insurance company.
I will say the woman behind the desk that I have dealt with has been very helpful Unapologetic and I believe Andrew to be gutless to leave his stuff to deal with his problem.
I will never leave anything at Alpha car park again and would recommend nobody else does either

Very happy with our experience with Alpha and would use them again. Greeted by the friendly, energetic Matt. Really happy with car and drop off was so easy. Transport to & from the airport was easy in the free shuttle.

Good off site parking and much better price than the ridiculous pricing the actual airport now charges, post Covid. (Alpha was a quarter of the price for my last stay).
Only complaint is that when arriving after dark, the lights were off and it is hard to load luggage back into the car in the dark warehouse. To make things worse, the warehouse leaks and there were puddles everywhere, so the bags all got wet too.

Used for 38 nights, quick and easy process upon arrival with a fast shuttle to the airport and same again with pickup. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Easy to book online. When I arrived, they knew who I was and it was so fast to pay and hand over the keys then the shuttle bus took me straight to the airport. When I got back, the bus was waiting for me and the car was parked right out the front all clean and ready to go, picked up the keys and away I went. So fast and absolutely amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend and will go back again! 10/10
