Front office lady had no idea there was maintenance request forms in the folder in the rooms. When I handed her the form for missing light bulbs and terrible internet she looked at me and said “ and who are you” even though she checked me in the day before. She was rather nice to me after I told her I’m a guest and my room number even though it was on the form I gave her. So the rude attitude from that was a let down, check in was quick and friendly. Unfortunately I was put in a room where there was lots of foot traffic and close to the lift. So I could hear the house keepers and other guests constantly. My internet was awful… it barely worked and I had 3 options to pick from. The toilet didn’t flush properly and my room was missed from a service one day even though I had my “please service my room” sign up. The day my room was serviced was a lazy service. However upon first entry the bed was nice and clean and lovely fresh sheets and towels which is important to me. Just would have been better if that service was through out the whole stay not just upon check in. If you’re only here for a stop over/one night stay it’s worth the comfy bed and towels however longer stays… find something that’s a bit more modern.

2 stars for a 3 star hotel I think is being a little generous. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and booked for 5. Presenting to our room there were only beds for 4 made up. We went to reception and was advised where the additional bedding was. The property is looking very tired and the handle for our oven was completely missing. The pictures paint a different picture to the actual condition of the property.

Stayed in room 6. This room was filthy and had black mould in the corner of the room caused by the leaking heat pump. Immediately set our kids health off. Dishes had dry food stuck, and dirty kitchen / bathroom areas. Advertises as a hotel and also as a motel. We called the contact number who couldn't help but offer a refund. Tried to call other hotels who were booked out. Took photos to show we weren't imagining things. Just don't do it.

I booked a queen room in the main building and ended up in a unit up the back on the third floor with no lift. Supplies had not been replenished and a couple of windows wouldn’t close properly. After the first night I asked for the tea, coffee, milk and shower gel. They were very apologetic and promised to correct it but I got back at 8pm exhausted to discover there was still nothing.

I called and booked 3x Apartments in February 2022 for our August trip and had to reschedule our booking to November and remove 1x apartment. I dealt with Hinemoa and she was so helpful and made our changes very smooth and accommodated me and my family throughout the whole process. My whole family felt super welcomed by Hinemoa and Emily and the apartments were spacious and catered to everyone's needs. Very clean and customer service was 10/10. Will definitely come back and stay.

Close by airport but when we entered the room, smell was so horrible. Dirty utensil. Shower head was dreadful. Worst than whatever is shown in the photo. I wouldn’t even pay $100 so look at the room before you check in.

Hotel pool was dirty & unusable. The room I was offered smelled like a restroom. The hotel is dated, bedside light is rusty. I asked for a refund, as I didn’t want to stay here, which was refused. I accepted an alternative room.
Don’t stay here!!!

Awesome service thoroughly enjoyed our stay last night very accomodating for us that were staying and kept our luggage until we left to board our cruise
