From booking in my move to account payment process, everything was super easy. The communication was great, with a confirmation phone call the day prior to check details.

Removalists (Rob and Jesse) arrived on time and ensured my belongings as well as my properties were respected and cared for. They were careful in loading and protecting my items, were prompt and very nice.

I’ve had some other removalists from different companies that were quite careless and not very cheery so I was very impressed with these guys! Would highly recommend!!!

I have no hesitation at all in recommending Ballarat Removals & Storage. We recently used them for an interstate removal and found them thoroughly professional in all aspects from Bronwyn in the office who took our initial enquiry, Garnett, who came and provided a quote right through to the loading and unloading crew at either end. Anthony, Fraser, and the 2 Steves, who were all respectful of our belongings.

Pat, our driver also managed to navigate the still severely flood damaged potholed NSW roads, and many roadwork, delivering our possessions without any breakages, which bears testament to both his skill as a driver and to the way he packed and protected our furniture. 5 Stars.
