My initial purchase was smooth (24 June, 2017) however, I did not receive a booking confirmation email with an invoice. Expecting that it would arrive with the parcel, I was frustrated to find it did not. In fact, the single bit of paper included said to give them a chance to reconcile any issues before providing negative feedback.
I was happy to do that.
On 8 August I arrived home from holidays and was greeted with a fridge slide size that was not suitable. I emailed the company about a return and was asked for my order number (which I could not provide as nothing was given to me). They found my order details despite this. I could simply return my product for a refund minus the freight cost. I sent it to the address given on 17 August, 2017. On 29 September, I queried as to the arrival of my package and process status of my refund. I was replied with "refund has not been issued as the warehouse had no idea why it was back due to no paperwork." I was under the impression this was a professionally run business that might have employed someone to communicate the return of my product to the 'warehouse' where it was sent. This was not the case. I had left return details on the package clear as day for a point of contact and yet not one of their staff took the initiative to contact me. After the disappointing after-sale customer service from this company, and wanting to purchase the correct size this time around (even after the drama), I asked if the company would compensate my shipping costs. I was refused, despite not having provided me with an invoice and booking confirmation that could have alerted me to the error before it occurred and saved myself the cost and trouble of return. Not only this, but when shopping from their website the FS770 is able to be added to the cart with ease, and yet the FS880 (just below it), had none and no way of selecting it to buy. This information is misleading. After the frustration of dealing with this company and accepting my loss of money because of my own mistake, I asked for an invoice, expecting my sale reciept from the day and my credited refund. I was ignored at first then asked "why are you requiring this as you now don't have the item?" After unecessarily explaining myself, "I would like a paper copy of my transaction so I can cross check with my refund to understand my summary of bank statements.This is not something I should have to explain, seeing as though it should have been sent from the beginning." What reason should matter other than I am legally entitled to it! Still chasing a bit of paper that states more than the cost of just the freight on the item! Unprofessional and rude. Disgraceful interaction with this one staff member.

Terrible faulty product and worst of all the guy there was SO rude I could not believe it. He has a LOT to learn about customer service! I understand not all products are perfect all the time, that's life.... but expect the seller to step up and help...however there's no way this guy would listen or give any straight answers! I would be happy with a replacement or refund, but I got nothing but rude grunts and told "they're all the same". Really scary when people are this rude.

Customer service was excellent especially Robin who helped me all the way through the purchase. Greg explained of the plate compactors. They were friendly and courteous and I would certainly buy again from them and highly recommend them to others.

One would have to be hard-pressed to find worse customer service. The arrogance is immeasurable.
Apparently the website is rarely updated. The website listed on Google you're seeing doesn't correspond to the stock physically available.
Having been a loyal customer in the past I have given the company the benefit of the doubt on the last two occasions, only to have been let down on both instances.
I guess there is truth in the saying "You get what you pay for!"

Buyer beware!!!
Thought this place was good only too get screwed around again and again,,,as well as the 2 kids he has out back delivering faulty products ,and no care in the world all is a huge joke,,also Greg turned out too be a know all fkk all wasn't helpfull and was shockingly rude over the fone and abusive, won't return too this business ever again, has the wrong mannerism for business...

If you want really rude customer service this is the place to go. The lady on the phone couldn't have been more rude, it was enough to put me off giving them a cent.

I am at a loss for words Greg and Robyn have NO customer service and the arrogance level is off the scale.To be hung up on by Robyn and the way I was spoken to by Greg, was to say the least so so rude.
I was so taken back by the way I was spoken to I had to laugh . Had an air conditioner on order and was told it would take 2 days paid in full and now close to 3 months later still no air conditioner got the run around being told next week oh nah 2 weeks and so on l would never recommend these guys to anyone
