Ballarat Clarendon College

My experience at Ballarat Clarendon College has been great, definitely the best school in Ballarat, very inclusive, co-educational, great environment.

the uniform is very ugly every time i see someone from Clarendon I go half blind please change this

This school does not help in teaching students how to regulate themselves, particularly in the junior school.

Alright, but unless your kid likes studying most of the time at school don't send them there. There is a heavy academic focus and little else in the way of curriculum. No grades for the arts or pe, which is a deliberate slap in the face to less academic kids. The rowing tank however is incredible. It is ridiculous given the tuition the school charges that unless you are in the top divs you receive very little guidance or coaching at all. The school could definitely also improve the arts and pe curriculum because it is very repetitive and bland. Additionally, it's very obvious that the school is becoming more focused on money and new students instead of prioritising their current ones. Over thirty five students crammed into classrooms and whenever a teacher is away admin replaces them with someone who is absolutely clueless. Hiring young, for the most part inexperienced, teachers isn't a good idea either.

Walked right in to visit and right away was bullied. I didn't know that the teachers experience was added into the bundle 10/10

ok i understand that yall think that the uniform is horrible and all that, but really? is that what makes a school bad? i didnt think so. the classes are excellent, the staff are amazing, the facilities are incredible. if you're really gonna hate on such an incredible school just because of the uniform, please leave and return to your public school <33 [dont take that too personally, unless you want to :)]
