KFC Canadian

Staff here are always super friendly and helpful, unlike some other stores, every time we’ve ordered here the chicken is fresh and delicious! And ten tenders for ten bucks… that’s just bloody great.

Would give 0 stars but its not a option. I ordered online through the KFC app for delivery. When i found my order at my door (before the expected delivery time) it was cold and not edible. The delivery driver never knocked or rang the door bell. Even now about 45 minutes after finding my order i still havent received a message, email or notification telling me my order was delivered. When i rang KFC Canadian to complain they told me it was out of their hands and i had to contact door dash about it. I contacted them and the "best" they could do was do a 50% refund on my order and it will take 7 to 10 business days for me to recieve it.
Some help all that is when i have 4 kids wanting lunch and cant even enjoy it. Very very disappointed in how both kfc and door dash handle their mistakes.

I loved my service at late night on a Monday morning! I got my whole order and smiles from the young kids. Amazing customer experience. Wasn't busy whatsoever.

By far the worst KFC I have ever gone to. Evertime I go there is something wrong and the service is awful. Told me a five minute wait because they ran out of chicken at 11:00 ended up being 20 minutes. One time they gave me two 3 price boxes with all wings like what the hell use your brain. Never again.

The delivery driver "manjit" is lazy, clearly can't read and doesn't know how to follow instructions. Instructions clearly stated how to get to the address, but Mr Useless decided to drop the food onto the curb 50 metres away from the house. It would've taken 30 seconds to come to the front door. We only found the food after getting in the car and driving away to go pick up more.

So that has turned us off KFC forever!
Tough and tiny chicken breast in the burgers and salty soggy chips.
Never again, you really dropped the ball this time.
The previous chicken packs had contained tiny greasy pieces of chicken but at least they weren't tough!

This KFC, is new and is very clean, and nice. The staff that assisted me with my order were friendly and helpful. They were very efficient and what I received is exactly what was on the order.

There is also a pretty wide drive way for the drive thru service.

I do suggest if you like to no get held up, is to use the KFC App to order.

Do recommend this KFC , as overall I was very happy with service and quality of food.

They started off very well when they opened but now it would have to be the worst KFC in ballarat. Had a $60 something order and when they gave it me me half of it was missing, so I had to walk back in and get the rest of it. Get home to eat and the burger have no lettuce and the chicken wasn't very good either. I wish it had a spot to the photo up of the best burger I got that had the chicken, Mayo and bun. The rest was just the bun and chicken no lettuce or sauce and they were just there stock standed fillet burger. Seriously not good enough.
