Fantastic service, had some warranty issues, even though it was not their fault they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed and pointed us in the right direction. It was a hot day so no doubt they were busy, appreciated the prompt service!!

We recently moved into our formerly rented home that required some urgent plumbing and gas fire attention. The team at laser were prompt and thoroughly professional. I feel good that they are here for us when required.

Heating would not stay on and under warranty rang this morning and tradie arrived at 530pm, to fix as damm cold in Ballarat so appreciative of the quick service highly recommended folks

Brett and his team provided a fantastic service when our gas central heating unit malfunctioned recently. After waiting a month for another company to attend and tell us (after repeated follow-up calls) that they were not able to diagnose the issue, it was such a relief to speak to Emma and have Brett come out to inspect the unit within a couple of days. He diagnosed the problem straight away and talked me through the next steps/options, without using any pushy sales tactics. The men who installed our new system and ducting were knowledgeable and friendly, despite the not-so-nice experience of having to crawl around under our house all day! We're really happy with the service provided. Thank you!
