Called for a quote and got told no one was available and they'd call me back, next day still no return call so I called again and same deal no one around to quote so took details and will call back - that was last week, never heard back.

Lost me forever.
After 35 years of dealing with the "old School"..........where has the service gone.
We've rented a commercial Yard and Shed in Ballarat, went to get security keys cut with the Authority from Properties Management and got nothing. 2 and a half weeks after dropping key off, leaving contact number and details, called in to see what was going on. After waiting to be served, At 1.15 presumably after lunch would have been over, waited for 5 minutes for someone to come out to serve, duly asked what was going on with the 4 security cut keys that I'd ordered. Told to wait and after another 5 minutes, was asked who, what and when was this 1st organised. I explained again and then waited as it was checked on again. Talon then came back out and said they weren't ready and that Rodds would email the property person when they would be ready and also the Invoice. I explained that I was the person to be contacted and would be paying the bill as I had Authorization from the Properties Management. Talon then explained that this was the way that they do it.
I then asked for the key back as in my mind I had already decided to go elsewhere.
As stated,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,LOST ME FOREVER.
BAD BUSINESS.
CAN'T KEEP BLAMING COVID FOR BAD BUSINESS.
Meanwhile while Talon is in and out trying to allay my concerns, what about the 2 other Customers that had walked in and to their dismay were waiting for service.
Does service mean anything anymore.
We can't keep blaming whatever.

Unfortunately they couldn't help me with one key - for motorised scooter, they were out of stock of a padlock key, but I got another padlock key cut. One out of three - not very good. I went specially, out of my way too!
