We have had a terrible time with these guys. We got the mower fixed before Christmas and the next time we used it, it died again. Not only that, but the wait was a few weeks, and we asked them to give us a call when they knew what the problem was and how much it would cost us so we could make sure we had the cash. They didn't, they were clearly excited they had got it done before the quoted time, and were very rude when we were not happy when they had "decided what we were able to spend" getting it fixed. Communication and workmanship is appalling. And this is the second time we have got treated like this (and had the mower die not long after they had "fixed" it). Never again.

I took my lawn mower in for a service. They said that the engine was blown up with no compression and proceeded to show me around their display to entice me to buy a new lawn mower. They became quite rude when I said there was nothing wrong with my lawn mower and refused to buy a brand new one. A friend found that the carburettor was clogged with gunk and it just needed to be cleaned out.

How do you rate someone who you ring for advice, then suggests you go to someone else first? 5 Stars, that's what you do! I rang and spoke to Rick who suggested another retailer might be able to help. Now, he was right, but in my books any busines who demonstrates the customer comes first by losing a potential sale is a business worth supporting.
