I go here everyday, and it's got the best deals on membership and the best environment. Any type of machines you're looking for or equipment - they've got it. The environment is friendly and helpful, there's no judgement from members or staff here as there are at other gyms. A member of staff helped me pick out the best pre-workout for what I wanted per my request and he got it spot on. The staff is extremely helpful, but only tell you about things to buy that would be beneficial to you and your weightloss journey, not just because they want your money. Upon sign-up you get a free printed out workout regimen that's been helpful to me already. Best gym, also being 24hrs it sh*ts all over ANYTIME FITNESS. Recommend 10/10.

This gym is excellent.
I was only in Ballarat for a 2 week holiday. I was looking for somewhere to train briefly without being drawn into a length contract but also somewhere well equipped. The staff were very welcoming and although their shortest use membership is supposed to be a 4 week when I explained I was only in town for 2 weeks they offered to cut the payments short by 2 weeks for me.
The gym itself was well equipped and maintained and the atmosphere and other members are respectful.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely love this gym! All the members are always so accepting and supportive of everyone! Tay is my coach and has helped me so much when it comes to personal growth and my knowledge around health and well-being. I couldn’t imagine a better PT or gym. Highly recommend if you are new to the gym or just looking for a change!

100% recommend Spartans!! I love training there, it’s an amazing environment I spend many hours there in the mornings and afternoons. Spartans also sells high quality products as I buy all my Supplements from there and has never failed me!! Definitely worth your time and money!!

Great gym and they’ve got any supplement you can think of. Highly recommend for anyone trying to find a new gym or looking to start off and Taylor is an absolute legend
