Great service, really friendly staff. Little room for improvement on the coffee front, mine was a little burnt, but they seemed rushed at the time. The drive thru coffee is handy though, so I'll probably be back for another one!

This site offers the BP Me refueling app. The staff are clueless I doubt they even know they have it. The app works pretty much anywhere else in the country but not here. Staff need to start the pump. Today it timed out waiting for them to do their job. Last time they turned the pump on and failed to turn it off so once again I had to go into the shop. Totally incompetent.

A good new service station with a difference. Perhaps the best Chicken and salad roll in Ballarat, and through a drive through with many other options and reasonable prices, not what i expected at all from a BP "servo", staff are friendly and service is excellent, inside or drive through. Do not expect to buy a roll here after 2 pm, they will be sold out with out doubt. The only downside here is that fuel prices and just not competitive, especially with the Apco down the road 3 minutes. Good coffee, great food, great people, only the uncompetitive fuel prices prevent me from becoming a regular here and giving 5 stars. As it stands, 9/10 overall
