Whites Florist Ballarat

I used them for my wedding bouquet. I don't really like roses and we're students so we wanted something reasonable. Whites Florist was very helpful and reasonable and made me the most beautiful spring flower bouquet minus roses. Thankyou for making my day so special!

I am very disappointed. I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet for roses to my daughter to celebrate the birth of her first baby. I live in Ontario Canada... I spent over $200.00 and the bouquet is extremely disappointing and pathetic flowers dropped their heads 2 nd day ... baby’s breath looked awful .... huge disappointment!!!! Will never recommend.

I recently ordered a floral vase arrangement to be delivered locally to a friend. I spent $90 and when I saw what I had paid for I was less than impressed. It was small, the flowers have lasted no more than three days. Very disappointed. Will not be recommending or ordering again.

We received some beautiful flowers that my wifes auntie sent us, for our new baby. But by day 3 they were drooping and dead. The following day we had a knock at the door, and a young lady handed my wife a small blue bear, she said 'here you go' and went back to the car. We later found out that the bear was meant to be delivered with the flowers. But instead of explaining that or apologising, she simply said 'here you go'.
Not very professional! My auntie was very upset.

The customer service was lovely and, they were extremely helpful to my sister and I when we ordered an arrangement for mum. The flowers we ordered were lovely as well! I would definitely come back again! :)

Absolutely stunning flowers and arrangements and friendly customer service. Our previous florist had let us down lately on quality, price and service after 10 years so time for something new and here it is. Twice this month and we will be returning next time. Thank you ladies.

My 50th wedding anniversary, very special😄 Sister sent flower arrangement via White’s for just under $90. We were home all day but no one came to the door and knocked or rang bell. By the time we found them late in afternoon they were wilting and were dying by next day (except for the Protea). The arrangement was awful, no co-ordination or colour control, my sister asked NOT purple flowers but the majority were. A kindergarten child could have done better. On both of us complaining we were basically told - hard luck live with it! No offer of compensation. This is not a Florist I would use again, EVER! 😡😡😡
