I had the privilege of having Dr Shruti for a clean (and naughty filling).
From the moment I greeted her until the very end of the consultation, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever during or after the appointment- which was a first for a dentist visit for me. I will definitely be coming back to see her!

The reception staff was very friendly and professional. It was so easy and seamless to get me and my two boys booked. The Dentist and the Therapists were professional, friendly and simply, Awesome!

Dr Becky and the team have looked after our family for years. Their trusted service is another good part of living in Lucas.

Amber clearly explained all things hygiene with me in my appointment and emphasised importance rather than brush over information. So happy I saw her.

I am more than happy with the service we receive at Ballarat Family Dental. Both my son's attend here, 16 and 6 year old, the doctors are both patient and informative, great when dealing with children.The receptionist and doctors are always friendly, the clinic is super clean. I highly recommend them to anyone. We've just booked in to have invisaligns for my eldest son and chrome crowns for my youngest.

When the clinic first opened in my suburb I felt it was the perfect opportunity to take my son who has Aspergers. He is in his early twenties now and I felt it was time to find a dentist he could be comfortable with and trust. In time I hoped that he would be confident enough to make appointments and to attend on his own. Fast tracking a few years I still attend the appointments with him but it isn’t necessary. It’s just me wanting to go along. His dentist is Becky and from the first visit we both knew she would take care of him. Becky and her staff are and have always been exceptional in treating him with care and kindness. He is never nervous or uncomfortable and I attribute that to the time he has spent with the clinic. My daughter and I also go there and have every intention of remaining with them. The importance of a family dentist is equal to that of the family doctor. I always recommend to people to go there because I know how wonderful they are. Professional, personable and excellent after care service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I attended the practice over the weekend for an emergency appointment. I was extremely impressed. On making the appointment, the phone was answered promptly and the receptionist friendly and helpful. The dentist, Dr Sharma, and the dental assistant, Katie, worked very well together and I was made to feel comfortable and confidant in the care being given. Dr Sharma was particularly excellent, from her communication to her procedural skills. Congratulations on providing such excellent care during such difficult times.

Unfortunately I broke a (crowned) tooth when I bit into a cherry stone at about 2pm in the afternoon, resulting in the tooth falling out which was very distressing for me !! My normal dentist is located in Geelong and I was unable to get an appointment quickly so I needed an urgent appointment.
A friend recommended Ballarat Family Dental in Lucas so I rang them and they booked me in at 3pm the same day !!!!
I attended the surgery, was seen immediately and treatment provided with courtesy, and the tooth was cemented back in situ. Whilst this was only a temporary ‘fix’ as it needed specialist treatment, this was arranged by the doctor for Thursday and the findings sent on with the referral.
Excellent treatment provided by this facility which I would highly recommend.
