The team at Primary Dental are always great. My family and I have been coming here since we moved to Ballarat.They always take time to explain your procedure, treatment options, timeframes and they are always very welcoming. They genuinely care. I strongly recommend them.

That was as good as a dentist gets! Had a filling come out. Booked in online, the process was excellent. Rachit and his staff are very friendly, helpful and considerate. He was gentle, fixed my tooth (I needed a root canal) so there will be more visits and I look forward to getting to the final stage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist! The price is very reasonable as well….

After 10 years of not seeing a dentist and the constant fear from horror stories, I finally bit the bullet and booked in for an appointment with Dr Arora. She was so lovely and understanding. She made sure that I was always in the know on what was happening and why. There was a great sense of care that came from her, she stop immediately when I raised my hand and she was very compassionate whilst waiting for the numbing to set in. I have absolutely no fear of returning to her again, a new standard has been set from her. Brilliant!

I am extremely anxious about going to the dentist. The Dental nurse and Dentist were kind, patient and friendly. They informed me about what they were doing and why. The dentist clearly explained my treatment options. After care was clearly explained and I was given a printed after care sheet to take home. Reception staff were were friendly and efficient. I have really terrible anxiety when going to the dentist, and the dentist was absolutely lovely, very professional. Really helped keep me calm throughout my visit, and made sure I was ok throughout the process. All options were explained very thoroughly as well from what could happen to the aftercare of each option. The staff at the reception desk was also very nice. Extremely happy with the service and thank you!

Dr Rodkin was very patient with my children and took them through appropriate cleaning procedures. He done everything he could to make them feel at ease. He will be our regular dentist.

These guys are really kind and helpful to children. They help kids grow up and stay healthy. They also provide toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and other tools in a cute pouch for children to have. As you get older they might become a little bit more rough but overall good experience
