Ballarat Community Health

I find the staff are warm and very helpful. The Health Centre has a relaxed open spaced atmosphere, friendly people and inviting . A one-stop shop " a service station for your body and mind" for your physical and/or other health type needs. Also, offering various and useful well-being community base programs for all, ie; Gym, Art classes ,Dancing classes for children and various well-being programs ie MAC Program, etc. Easy to find the Lucas Health Centre, access via public Transport or via private car. The Health Centre is located with easy walking / wheelchair to other services, ie; Shopping Centre etc. Highly recommend a visit.

Amazing place inside. The beautiful layout had me gasping once I stepped in. The staff were very friendly at reception and the open layout gave many choices if were to sit my appointment went well in the nice room and overall I had an amazing experience. I LOVE THE INSIDE

Continuously getting messed around by this clinic. Waited 2 weeks for an appt that got cancelled without my knowledge in July/August had another appointment in September (4 week wait) that was also messed up, now have to wait another 2 weeks for that appointment. Very disappointing.

Have done courses & seen doctors but no matter who you see the staff are very kind & courteous. The whole place looks lovely.

Amazing place, Claire Pikkett is knowledgeable and kind, so happy to now be able to have a local specialist and not have to travel to Melb.

I was vaccinated yesterday by nurse Michelle at Lucas BCH. What an absolute GEM of a human being- made the experience calm, funny and so easy, I forgot I have a needle phobia. Can't wait for my second vaccination!

Not returning phone calls, I have been waiting for a phone call from Brianna very dissapointed she hasn't contacted me
