Absolutely fantastic. The team at Eason's go above and beyond. I don't usually write reviews unless a business is exceptional and that is exactly what Eason's is. Before I was a customer, they helped me with an issue I had with my car for free and I wasn't even a customer. Needless to say I've been a customer ever since and they continue to impress. Highly recommended.

Having recently moved to Ballarat and needing a service for my VW, I was recommended Eason's. Great communication, professional and helpful service and very thorough.

My car is 20 years old, imported from Europe, discontinued in Aus 10 years ago. Yeah it's a weird car but I love it - esp short drives to get away from busy-ness when I need to.

It's not easy to service, even replacing a headlight is a nightmare. But Easons go that extra mile to look after it for me, and I am so grateful, because ultimately they don't just fix my car, they help me get some "peace and quiet". ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Best customer service we have ever experienced while dealing with our cars. We rang them Tuesday and they checked my car the same day, 2 days later the part needed was delivered and my car was sorted. Everything clearly explained to us and everyone we encountered from the office to the workshop was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We will ONLY be taking our cars here from now on! The team explain in detail the needs of my car and carry out any repair or servicing in a very professional manner and show me the courtesy that is expected with a customer experience.

Great customer service Paul knows his stuff and went above and beyond to help me before Xmas, any dealership would taken a month to look at my car.
Being a new customer I didn't expect to be given priority but Paul took time to help me out.
Wish I found Easton's years ago would have saved me frustration and cost dealing with VW service centres.
