It was a breezing cold in the morning. Before I started working in the CBD, I thought I needed a quick fix for my sleepy morning. Beechworh Bakery was a great choice to grab a cup of coffee. I preferred a large cup of Long Black. My coffee was extra hot with fruity taste. I liked it. Service was not too bad and quite pleasant due to less crowd.

Happy customer here. I think Beechworth has been great with undeniably delish products, however, customer service was a big flaw here. Kitchen people did a wonderful job on the range of baked goods such as pie and desert. Staff at the front were quite a big dissatisfaction when they were dealing with a lot of customers. Management may need to find a new bunch of frontline staff who are supposed to be bubbly, service minded, and patient towards hungry customers. These days, long historic fame is not enough to build royalty among customers. You need a consistency in service, hygiene, quality and of course management.

Great bakery . The bee sting was just amazing. I ate it before I could take a photo . If you haven't tried a bee sting before do yourself a favour and go try one . The chocolate eclair looks so delicious 😋 The coffee was ok .

Very good quality food! Would stop by here again in the future. Except some of the prices are a little much for what you get.

Having just returned from a visit to New Zealand, It's evident how the Australian country bakeries are just lacking the finishing polish.
All the baked goods, pies, lamingtons, just fall well below short in awe.

Had a delicious wrap, pastie, custard tart and a pretty good milkshake! Staff were friendly and didn't mind making a fresh wrap because they were out! Really good bakery! Highly recommend!

Huge bakery with lots of choices - for the sweet or savoury tooth! Choices range from pies, pastries, donuts, toasties, éclairs, wraps, sandwiches, scones and coffee. Our favourite was the Apple Turnover and of course the Beesting! Not too sweet. Just perfect. Smooth and delicious. Ned Kelly's pie is packed full of meat filling. Lots of seating places. We were at the bakery twice today!! If you want a calm and peaceful breakfast while reading the papers with your coffee, you have to be there around 7am onwards. Plus you get a whole range of choices. We came back a second round around noon time, it was super busy and many of the popular choices were sold out. A simple place to feed all different taste buds. Reasonably priced.

Came here today after reading the reviews.
Lots of staff on deck however, they weren’t doing a lot! The line to order was long, I was in the queue. One person at the til serving, another at making coffee and not sure what the other 4 staff members were doing besides talking. I asked one of the staff members if she could jump on the til so that we can order our takeaway sausage rolls however she said sorry and keep walking.
We ended up leaving and I told another staff member my reasons above, she just looked at me. What a shame.
