Terrible, promised the world, delivered nothing then charged an exorbitant amount for basic tax return that caused us to subsequently pay amount back to ATO due to errors. They were unresponsive when contacted multiple times to discuss so we parted ways. Worst part is they are refusing to forward on a BAS refund 2 years after dealing with us as we were unaware they had their details entered instead of ours!

Highly recommend the team at Gilchrist & Co for all business and personal accounting. We partnered with the G&Co team when our business was in it's infancy. Always happy to help and to chat and answer questions.

A shocking display of unprofessionalism. Rohan Gilchrist was incredibly rude. I am surprised people like this can keep any clients. His negligence is astounding.
